If you are ttc again, like me, you are probably wondering what supplements you should start taking to be as healthy (and fertile!) as possible next time around. The most important supplement you can take when trying to conceive is folic acid (for a healthy spinal cord!) and your pre-natal vitamins. I also take EPO before O (do NOT take it after) in order to get a healthy EWCM build-up that will catch the swimmers and help them meet my egg!
